Dr. Corino has been associated with Advanced Dentistry of New
Providence since the mid 80′s. He came to the practice from Atlanta, GA
where he was in private pactice and completed his Prosthodontic
Residency at Emory University School of Dentistry.

Before beginning his dental career, Dr. Corino attended Villanova
University, graduating with two Bachelor of Science degrees.
He subsequently continued his eduation and graduated with a
Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from The University of
Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Corino completed the Dental Implantology Program at Harvard University School of
Dentistry, and obtained a Masters of Science of Human Nutrition from the University
of Bridgeport.

Throughout his time with Advanced Dentistry of New Providence, Dr. Corino has continued
his dental education in the areas of implant dentistry and all prosthodontic advances. In addition to his Harvard implant certification, Dr. Corino has advanced training from the following implant companies: Branemark, Innova, Core-Vent, Paragon, Centerpulse,
Zimmer, 3i, ITI Straumann, BioHorizons, Biomet, Biolok, Calcitek, Neoss, Astra, IMZ as well as Blades and Subperiosteal implants.

Dr. Corino has obtained additional training in the following sub-specialties of Prosthodontics:

  • Fixed and removable prosthodontics
  • Temporomandibular joint dysfunction, diagnosis and treatment
  • Myofacial Pain Disorder, diagnosis and treatment
  • Osseo integration
         - Implantology prosthodontics
  • Maxillofacial prosthetics

Dr. Corino has been a member of the Overlook Hospital Dental Staff in Summit, NJ since
1992. He has extensive clinical experience, including:

  • Complete and partial dentures
         - Immediate, overdenture and precision attachments
  • Fixed partial dentures
         - Complete and partial mouth rehabilitation
  • Fixed and removable use of precision attachments
  • Porcelain veneers
  • Resin bonded prostheses
  • Rehabilitation of worn dentitions
  • TMD appliances
  • Implant supported fixed and removable prostheses
  • Maxillofacial
         - Eye, ear and nose prostheses
         - Hard and soft palate obturation
         - Hemimaxillectomy and hemimandibulectomy reconstruction

In the past, Dr. Corino has held academic positions at UMDNJ and Emory University School of
Dentistry where he made presentations both nationally and internationally on a variety of
prosthodontic topics. He has been published in the Clinical Preventive Dentistry Magazine
and is a member of several professional dental organizations. Dr. Corino has also been recognized
with an Awards Certificate for being an Outstanding Young Dentist of America and
with an International College of Dentists Award for Outstanding Achievement throughout
dental school.

For the past four consecutive years, he has been voted one of the top Dentists of America by
the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

His hobbies include racquetball, travel and he is an avid collector of wines from all
regions both domestically and internationally.
